The location is fantastic. I could reach the main attractions without needing to use public transport. My room had two luggage racks, very useful. The front desk staff helped book a taxi for me. i would stay again.
The sounds from the corridor were quite audible. I could also hear street noise. The soundproofing wasn't great.

My room overlooked the Galleria dell'Academia. I could see the skylight over the David. I also heard the church bells every morning from my open windows. The breakfast was the best i have ever had at a hotel (especially the coffee). The food was always fresh.

The location was fantastic, close to everything i wanted to see (i walked everywhere!). the breakfast each morning had a lot of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.
the room, while charming, was smaller than expected (i had the superior double room). there was no usb port near the bed, a minor inconvenience.

The staff was wonderful and professional! The hotel is located near the cathedral and good restaurants. I found the building to be historic and my room spacious with very high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. I even had a bath, made me happy.
The hotel has some uneven surfaces and ledges that could be difficult with mobility issues.

The hotel benefits from a central position, near to many main attractions. Guests will find the hotel situated on a charming piazza, offering easy access to several excellent restaurants and cultural landmarks. It is a short walk from the Duomo.

the location was acceptable. it was close to many attractions.
The air conditioning was not effective in the room. it made sleeping uncomfortable. also, the bathroom was small. the shower was awkward to use. I struggled to avoid flooding the floor.
